SOME 2013-2016 FOCUS ELECTRIC VEHICLES BUILT ON OR AFTER 22-FEB-2013 MAY EXHIBIT AN ILLUMINATED GREEN READY TO DRIVE INDICATOR IN THE INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER (IPC) AND THE VEHICLE DOES NOT MOVE. FOLLOW THE SERVICE PROCEDURE STEPS TO CORRECT THE CONDITION.
