I first had one of the rear quarter panel redone by Ford a year ago and now the front right one is starting to peel off as well like the other one.
A Ford service employee told me that he know that all Focuses (at least here in Canada) are doing this and that means Ford knows it very well. Now in 2022, they won't repair the paint because they say it's out of warranty now even if I have an Extended warranty until 2025 on the car and that I paid extra money to have an anti-rust treatment on the car.
I hope this complaint helps out with the one right now against Ford issues with paint and rust.
