CarComplaints.com Notes: On August 16th, 2012 Jeep stopped production of the the Jeep Liberty, marking the end of a troublesome journey for the SUV.

All in all, the 2012 Liberty actually excels off-road, but since 99% of drivers never take this thing off pavement, that becomes somewhat of a moot point. The Liberty suffers from the worst fuel economy in its class (16/22 MPG) and offers an uncomfortable ride with suspect braking ability.

How in the world does a Brand NEW Vehicle have so many problems right off the lot? This is just one of many issues. I thought that this was supposed to be an awesome vehicle, especially since I have owned a Jeep ION the past but this has been such pure disappointment. Not only that the dealership has been wasting my time, effort and warranty (another stall tactic, Chrysler wanted to buy back said they had to stand behind the dealership and they said it was normal. HA!! What a joke.).

So stay tuned kiddies, there is much more to come. I am so beside myself and disappointed in this product, so lawyer up boys, you in for a wild ride, Australian style.
