Exhaust leak near engine, you can smell the exhaust gases in the car when the air is on and the car is not moving. This seems like a danger, considering it could cause Carbon Monoxide poisoning. With a problem this potentially dangerous, I think Nissan should fix it, even though the car has 100k miles and is past warranty. It is a health hazard that could be potentially life-threatening. Cost to fix is $1400.
