Air conditioner always has a strong vinegar smell to it for the first 10mins of being on. Also recently the air conditioner doesn't seem to get as cool as it used to. Works better if I start the car and let it run for at least 15mins before driving. If car doesn't run before being driven the ac doesn't really get cool.

What a pain in the you know what. This is a 2012 and A/C clutch went out just after extended warranty. I could have replaced the clutch myself be NO you cant get an AC clutch for this car.
