turn signal indicator on side mirrors has moisture inside

I expected better quality from a new automobile. The service department said I am the third complaint at this dealer & she expects a recall. My previous cars have all been GM, and they did not have a moisture problem in any lights or signals until over 100,000 miles or damage to the area near the turn signal indicators.
