Turning the low beam headlights on or off does not make a difference at night because the reflecting coating inside the headlight has burned away. This provides almost not visibility at night and significantly reduces your reaction time to avoid any accidents. I have replaced the bulbs on the car already and it does nothing significant. The car is not safe to drive at night because of the limited visibility due to very dim headlights.
