This is at the very least annoying as hell, and what makes it worse:
1. NO aftermarket parts are even LISTED for 2006
2. Chevy wants about $300 apiece (jobber rates) for the parts
3. Will the NOS parts last me another 4 years?before they fail also.
4.Why should they both break at the seam after only 4 years. Sounds like a DEFECTIVE vendor product OR a candidate for a recall if you ask me
5. One has to consider that this is a SAFETY issue since a leaking exhaust, especially near the gas tank, and producing CO is not a good thing!
