The airbag opened while going over a bump. I took my car to Al Jazirah Vehicles (Saudi Arabia) and paid around $94 to check the car and give me a report on the problem. The only thing I got is the cost to repair the air-bag. I asked them if this will be covered by the warranty or not, but they have to check if it is technical fault or not. And up until today I try to contact them and send them emails but no answer. I hope that Ford Company knows how unprofessional Al Jazirah Vehicles (Saudi Arabia) are and I hope I get my answer for my query ASAP.
