Factory did not stitch a seat cover. Ford denied my claim and the dealerships claims. Ultimately the dealership paid a new seat cover. I am very thankful that the dealership fixed the problem and I feel they should not have had to replace it...Ford should have! Ford claims no issues and fixes...more or less saying not their problem. Seat looked like the fabric was torn or never even been seamed. We noticed it after we got home and yes we bought it brand new. We have been a Ford family for years! I have lost what little respect I had left for the corporation. Ford does not stand behind any of their problems...(past experiences - the Escapes transmissions)...they make it hell to get anything fixed.
Hopefully after this mishap I will not encounter any more issues, but we will see!
