The dealer diagnosed an additional failure with the dual clutch. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was 100,000.

I was driving home from work and the transmission just stopped shifting completely and I almost was Tboned in the street because of this my husband had to push the car out of the road so i contacted the ford dealer here because there was a recall on my transmission for that very thing and they said that they dont have to fix it unless i pay for it because it has 160,000 miles on it nevermind the fact that i just got the car less than 3 months ago. I am really upset and considering calling the media in an my attorney
