Besides the fact that I have to have my A/C recharged before every summer (compressor needs replaced) my A/C control knob will not go all the way to the cool side. I can force it and colder air will come out, but am afraid to break the thing. I am thinking there is a damper that is connected to it somewhere under the dash, but do not want to take the dash out if this is not the problem.
