rusted/broken rear crossmember

Complete break/failure of the rear crossmember. I have never seen this happen on any other car. My 2003 Honda Odyssey and 2010 Honda Accord are still on the road without any issue (sold to others). I have worked on cars for over 40 years. This is a dangerous and inexcusable failure.
