excessive engine sludge

Mised ONE scheduled oil change on my 2012 Nissan Altima and now must entirely replace the engine due to excessive sludge build-up. NOT covered under Nissan's extended warranty due to my failing to adhere to Nissan's recommended service schedule for ONE oil change.
