GF bought used with 98,567 miles with an extended warranty from JB Byryder, NH. We noticed it used oil excessively, so she brought it in; dealer put a dye in it, told her to drive it for a week and come back. She went back and they told her nothing was wrong and it had no leaks. At the time she told me they took care of it; but she didn’t realize they didn’t fix anything.

So I drove it once when it had 125k miles on it. It sounded awful. I asked the gf and I said, I thought they fixed this for you. She said they changed the oil and said it is all set. I said, oh no, it’s not all set, get it back into them and tell them it burns the oil and they need to replace the engine. She went back they told her they changed the oil and to drive it for a week and bring it back for verification. Well, we come to find out these scam artists overfilled the engine oil by a quart. After I called them out they did the engine swap. But it was going through 2 quarts a month.
