The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the dealer replaced the headlight bulbs; however, the failure reoccurred several times. The manufacturer was contact but provide no assistance. The failure mileage was 118,000.

The dealer was notified of the failure and diagnosed that the driver's side headlight bulb needed to be replaced. The dealer notified the manufacturer for repair assistance and was awaiting a response. The contact also notified the manufacturer. The vehicle was not repaired.
