While driving 56 mph vehicle went over a dip in the road and lost control, and rolled over three times, ejecting the driver from the vehicle. As a result, driver died at the scene.

The air bags deployed, and occupants inhaled chemicals escaping from air bags, causing occupants to choke. Consumer has contacted the dealer. Power steering failed.
