The contact owns a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. The contact stated that the rear liftgate was rusted. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealership where the contact was informed that the vehicle needed to be repaired and they could install a plate on the liftgate to protect the door. The current and failure mileages were approximately 50,000.
