While traveling at 55-60 mph on a declining road vehicle just shut down for no known reason, causing vehicle to lose all functions while still coaching down the road. Had to use emergeny brakes to stop vehicle. Had vehicle towed to house that firday, and vehicle started up on Monday. Taken to dealer for insepection. Please fill free to provide any further details on this matter.
