The contact owns a 2014 Nissan Altima. The contact stated that the navigation screen failed to respond while navigating. The failure occurred on several occasions. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the head unit needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
