I was driving on the freeway 70 miles an hour and the car starts to lower the speed to 50 mile an hour. thought that's was weird had to move to lower lane with big truck. it was scary for the car to do that but got home fine. that was in July 2017. Just last night 11/25/17 I was exiting freeway my car just shut off completely. I waited for few minutes and turned it on. luckily it turned on and got to work. This is a major safety issue that your car can just turn off completely while driving. I could be in a major accident because I have to use the freeway with all the cars with high speed.

Here's the Deal I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima. End of July & Mid August it Decides to

Shut Itself Completely Off. When this Happens, You have no Power steering, You Cannot Put your Flashers on to Warn on coming Traffic. And the Car is Completely Dead. By the Grace of God No One Hit me. People were Fairly Rude, Honking, Flippin me Off, I almost got hit by a Diesel Truck when I Tried to Exit Vehicle to Flag People Away. Its a Death Trap, Very disappointed !!!! This is a Huge Safety Issue and Someone Needs to Step Up Before Lives are Lost.

Sincerely

SMassoud

2012 Altima engine failed while driving. Brakes failed and steering locked up. Potentially Deadly!

Dealer claims it was a loose battery cable. Can this be for real? If so, a loose battery cable could kill you.

If so, the public should know.

bad: a piston blew a hole in the engine while driving

This is horrible! We did ont know what to do. We towed a car into a garage and it turned out that it is undrivable any more. We had to pay the garage because the dealer is too far and we did not think this was serious, as the car is almost new! We have the extended warranty, but the warranty will not do anything because it is under 60 K miles and it has to be through Nissan. This is the worst part about it. Nissan don't give a %$#@ ! The car has been in their shop for 2 weeks now. It took them about 4 days to figure out that it is their fault. They don't give you lend cars, they don't even call you to tell you what is going on until you call them. Right now I am still waiting on the service. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT BUY A NISSAN AGAIN. Take my advice.
