The contact owns a 2013 Ford Focus. While operating the vehicle, the driver side seat belt buckle would not lock. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the buckle receiver was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 82,000.
